PODERI ADORNI, COLLEMEZZANO

These three farmhouses "Poderi Adorni" are situated in a wide private park with pool. Only a few meters away from restaurants and pizzerias.

The main building has a total of six apartments on the ground and on the first floor (3 apartments CLM140 and 3 apartments CLM141). Each of the apartments has its private little garden and is furnished with very nice tuscan wood.

The secondary building is situated right next to the main building and it has only 3 apartments (CLM143/A and CLM143/B) with tuscan wood furnishings. Two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each of the apartments has its private gardenspace.

The hunting house lies about 150 meters from the secondary building. Its furnishings are in original antique style. The two apartments (CLM142/A and CLM142/B) are on the first floor. The garden and trees are inviting to relax on the shade. The nearby church organizes a few feasts in summertime.

The Pool (12x9m) lies in the middle of the houses and is furnished with deckchairs and an outdoor shower.

Each apartment has central heating and parking space.

Main building:

CLM 140: two-room apartment for 2+2 persons, ground floor, about 43 m2, composed by: living room with double bed couch and kitchenette, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

CLM 141: two-room apartment for 4+2 persons, first floor, about 45+10 m2, composed by: living room with double bed couch and kitchenette, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower; stairs going up to the open mezzanine (about 10 m2) with 2 single beds, 1 small bathroom with shower.

Secondary building:

CLM 143/A: two-room apartment for 2+2 persons, ground floor, about 43 m2, composed by: living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, loft with two single beds.

CLM 143/B: three-room apartment for 4+2 persons, first floor, about 48 m2, composed by: living room with kitchenette and double bed couch, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower.

Hunting house:

CLM 142/A: three-room apartment for 4+2 persons, first floor, about 85 m2, composed by: big living room with fire place, kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), 1 bedroom with double and single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double and single bed, little bathroom.

CLM142/B: three-room apartment for 4+2 persons, first floor, about 85 m2, composed by: big living room with fire place, kitchen (with washing machine), 1 bedroom with double and single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double and single bed, little bathroom.

Arrival : Saturdays 16:00-19:00
Departure : saturdays until 09:00
