VILLA MELLINI, SECCHETO

This is a big storical villa of the 18th century which was amplified and renovated by the famous Mellini family one century later.

Situated at just a few steps from the sandy beach of the small village of Seccheto, over the main road, right at the entrance of the village. Taking a pathway along the sea one can reach in a few minutes the splendid sandy beach of Cavoli on one side and on the other side, after 2 km, there is the white sandy beach of the Fetovaia creek.

From the villa you have a breathtaking view over the Fetovaia headland and the islands of Montecristo and Pianosa.

There are various outside spaces, there is also a private parking space for three cars and a furnished pergola with sea view where you can relax and have dinner outdoors.

Villa Mellini, for 11 persons, the groundfloor is composed by: a large living room of 110 m2,
1 bedroom with two single beds and sea view, 1 bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dish washer, refrigerator with freezer, store room and washing machine. The first floor can be reached over a large granite stair from the living room. The first floor is composed by: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds which can be joined and an own entrance from the outside, 1 bedroom with three single beds, 1bathroom with bathtub.

Secondary building, for 4 persons, our guests can also dispose of the secondary building composed by: 1 bedroom with two beds and sea view, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, a small kitchen and an outside space.

Arrival : saturdays 16:00-19:30
Departure : saturdays until 09:00
