PODERE OLMI, COLLEMEZZANO

Podere gli Olmi is situated on the Etruscan Riviera only 5 km from the sea and close to the highway to the most famous city of arts such as Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano.

Once it was an old farmhouse which was carefully restored and today it welcomes its guests showing the fine tuscan style made of terracotta tiles and stone walls.

It is composed by two buildings. In the main building you can find the wonderful restaurant and bar on the ground floor and the 6 elegant furnished rooms are on the first floor. Every room has a different colour fully matching the accessories with the dominant colour of each room. Nearly all the rooms have 2 windows and are therefore very bright.

In the secondary building there are 6 apartments on the ground floor. The furnishings are modern and very comfortable. Each apartment has its own furnished garden.

Podere Olmi offers its guests a relaxing stay in the green tuscan country-side only a few km from the sandy beaches. The buildings are surrounded by a wide park with a children's playground under big old trees.

The swimming pool with its springboard is surrounded by comfortable deckchairs and sunshades.

In maximum two hours drive you can reach the beautiful cities like Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano and the Isle of Elba.

2-room apartment, ground floor, for 2+2 persons, composed by: big room with a kitchenette and dining area and pullout-couch for two people. 1 bedroom for two. 1 Bathroom with shower. Safe, air conditioning, Sat-TV. Each apartment has its own entrance with a little garden furnished with a table and chairs. Parking.

Double room, for 2+2 persons, double room for two with a hanging sealing (mezzanine) with two single beds. 1 Bathroom with shower. Safe, phone, air conditioning, Sat-TV. Parking.
