This beautiful land house is situated in the middle
of 8 hectares of land cultivated with olive groves, eucalyptus trees,
Mediterranean scrub and fields.
It has a swimming pool (12 x 6 metres) which is equipped with sun
umbrellas, deck-chairs an sun beds.
All the apartments have their own independent entrance and garden
space with a table, chairs and sun umbrella.
The apartments are furnished in a simple country style with terracotta
floors and wooden ceilings. Each apartment has independent heating.
One of the apartments is inhabited by the owner.
Campo la Sainella is only 6 km away from the sandy beaches of Marina
di Bibbona, whereas other popular resorts such as Marina di Cecina
or Castagneto Carducci are only 15 km away.
The village of Bibbona, whose historic centre is closed to traffic,
is situated near the main road leading to the Maremma 10 km south
of Cecina. The beaches, the sandy dunes and the pine forest reaches
north to Marina di Cecina and south to the protected area of Bolgheri.
The famous woods of la Magona measures 1635 hectares and are situated
east of the historic centre of Bibbona. It covers about 50km of
naturalistic footpaths. Ideal for trekking, mountain bike, horse
back riding.
